朝鸣辰食
Zhao Ming Chen Shi
朝鸣辰食是一家小包子店。LIALAWLAB的概念是将其转变成一个研发性的包子实验室。进入朝鸣辰食, 出现在眼前的首先是一个具有时髦感和雕塑感的山东白麻花岗岩造型、以及灵感来源于魏碑的字体logo,和包子的蒸汽和香味。为了充分利用18平方米的狭小空间, 将空间中央的操作台倾斜了10度,以此创造了一个微妙的角度,扩展空间的同时也对功能进行了划分。操作台容纳了收银、包子展示、物品收纳和食物准备等几项功能。购买包子的客人可以通过一个500毫米高的开口观察到整个手工包子的制作过程,同时上部的墙体有意识的遮挡了员工的面部, 来削弱售卖的过程。无论是开口还是2700k色温的照明布局,都使得操作台如同一个中央舞台,员工是演员, 而制作过程则是一场表演。
Zhao Ming Chen Shi is a tiny store selling the traditional Chinese street food Baozi. The concept is to transform a Baozi store into an experimental Baozi laboratory. Entering into ZHAO MING CHEN SHI, you will be greeted by the sculptural white granite on a stylish shape, the logo inspired by Weibei, as well as the steam and the aroma of Baozi. To make the best use of the 18sqm space, the kitchen counter served as a partition pivots 10 degrees to enlarge and divide the space, holding the cashier, Baozi display, product shelving and food preparation. The customers could observe the handcrafted Baozi production through the opening with a height of 500 millimeters starting from 850 millimeters high. The wall above the opening hides the face of the staff, weaken the process of selling. Both the opening and the 2700k warm spot lighting make the platform like a stage, where the staff is the cast, the making process is a performance.
空间的色彩主题是红色和白色的结合, 红色是中国传统的象征, 白色则是中国传统面食的颜色。整个空间是一个温暖材料的面板, 有粗糙的纹理的手工红砖、抛光的深红色花岗岩和几种不同纹理的暖白色艺术涂料, 彼此间无论是肌理还是色彩,都带来对比和差异,却又同时提供了舒适自然的感受。朝鸣辰食所散发出魅力,是向1970年代- 1980年代中国美学的示意。
The color motif of the space is the combination of red and white, that red is the Chinese traditional symbol and white is the color of Chinese traditional steam bread. The whole space has a warm material palette, including red bricks with rough texture, dark red granite with polished surface and several types of warm white textural art paint walls, that brings contrast and creates a cosy and hospitable feel. The interiors at Zhao Ming Chen Shi exudes glamour, giving a nod to the aesthetic in 1970s-1980s China.
